The Red Escape is the latest addition to the ever-growing fleet of Red Sail Sports, one of Cayman's largest water sports companies.
The 30-foot Searay Sundeck 300, which is a luxury cruiser is now available for charter, said Sarah Whitehill, a company spokesperson.
"Over the years we have had many of our guests ask us to charter a boat and our catamarans were usually too big for the number of people in their party and dive boats were not comfortable for families looking to relax," she said.
Because of this, we decided to invest a smaller boat with a luxury feel, and the Searay was the perfect solution for us.
Based on Seven Mile Beach, Red Ray offers snorkel charters to the Kittiwake and nearby reefs. It can also be chartered for water-skiing or wake-boarding lessons.
In addition, because the Jet Ski Safari we offer was not always suitable for younger families, we decided to have Red Ray 1 refurbished." Red Ray I is also rigged for Jet Skiing and wake-boarding, so families can really make a day of it by learning how to wake-board in the morning and enjoying a relaxing snorkeling session in the afternoon," Whitehill concluded.

Laundry is not the most exciting task you will have to do, and its even more of a pain when the clothes just do not turn out right! Here are a few common problems and the solutions to assist you with your laundry woes -

Problem #1: Your clothes come out gray or yellow.

You might want to increase the amount of detergent in the next load, use a detergent booster, or raise the temperature of the water. However, the gray may be from dye that has bled from darks to lights, suggesting you need to sort better. Bluing in the wash sometimes corrects graying in white-colored materials.

Problem #2: Detergent residue on clothes.

Your powdered detergent isn't dissolving properly. Ensure the loads aren't too full. Use liquid detergent with cold-water cycles. Try letting the washer fill with water, adding the detergent, then adding the clothes. When the problem is triggered by calcium within the water, make use of a water-softening product in your next load. To eliminate hard-water residue from clothes, soak them in a mixture of 1 cup white vinegar per 1 gallon warm water. Rinse and rewash.

Problem #3: You have a problem with pilling.

This is very common in man-made materials. Try turning synthetic clothing inside out before washing. (Pilling is caused by abrasion of fibres, and this helps to cut down on abrasion during the washing and drying cycle.) Maybe even wash your synthetics in a gentler shorter cycle. Using a liquid detergent might help. To eliminate pills, snip them off with battery energy-powered pill remover, or pull the fabric tight over a curved surface and shave the pills off with a safety razor.

Problem #4: There is lots of Lint in your Clothes

Better sorting of clothes will be required. Separate lint producers, for instance fleece sweaters, chenille items, new terry cloth towels, and flannel pajamas, from lint attractors, for instance corduroys, synthetic blends, and dark fabric. To eliminate the lint, use a lint roller or pat with sticky tape. Check to make sure pockets are empty of tissue together with other paper prior to putting them in the washer. Ensure the dryer and washer lint filters are clean.

Nobody enjoys chores and although laundry is not one of the most difficult, it is a pain when your clothes do not come out properly, hopefully with these problems and solutions, you can avoid some of the pressing issues when it comes to laundry.

Everybody has a junk drawer in their home, and although they have a very bad reputation, they are quite often full of items that you would regularly use... if only you could find them.

Changing this twisted mess of cords, clips and coupons into a handy home for essentials is difficult. Organization, after all, means getting rid of all your junk.

Here are a few ideas on how to achieve a less messy junk drawer to get you started:

Clean slate

Begin by emptying the drawer. Put everything onto a table or counter top so that you can see what you have in the drawer, then begin sorting through it all.

Discard or recycle items that are damaged or that you simply don't use. Be callous. Do all of the pens really work? Do you really need the business cards of people you do not remember meeting?

As yourself: Should these things be here? Just by moving receipts to your office, kitchen appliance manuals to your home file, spare buttons to your sewing kit and loose coins to your piggy bank, you will see a big difference in the amount of things that are in your junk drawer.

Divide and conquer

Sort he remaining contents of the junk drawer by type: pens and pencils in a single pile, rubber bands in another, notepads in another.

Once you've decided what really needs to be saved here and just how much you will need to store, you you can look for containers to hold each of items in an organized manner. If you want to you can purchase drawer organizing systems to help you in your quest for a more organized drawer.

If you like to arrange inexpensively, it can be done, too. A piece of ice tray or egg carton, for instance, will keep small products in position. Old silverware drawer partitioning, empty margarine tubs or cheese boxes also are actually excellent containers.

Secure and label

Once you've work out how you would like your containers to sit in your drawer, you should use sticky-back Velcro tab to keep them in position. Simply fasten one side of the tab to the bottom of the drawer and the other side to the bottom of each container and press the tabs together to attach them together.

Use store bought labels or make your own labels so that you can determine what is in each container easily.

Putting it altogether

You should tackle this project when you have enough time to dedicate to it, if you only have 15 or 20 minutes you will end up with a drawer that is more messy than it was before you started.

Make cleaning your junk drawer a part of your monthly cleaning list. Remove any items that dont belong there, or the drawer will end up in a mess again in no time. Ensure you inform all family members about the drawer and explain what goes in there and what doesn't and warn them that you will be periodically throwing out all items that do not belong in there.

Messy dis-organized drawers are a feature of most homes and it is difficult to keep on top of them if you do not have a system for them first. These tips above should give you some good ideas on how to keep on top of the junk drawer in your home.

If you are a property owner or a landlord and you have just placed a unit up for rental, you may be wondering how to attract potential renters to your property. Prospective tenants don't just appear you have to draw them in. There's more to writing and marketing a rental listing than detailing the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Attract tenants through getting creative with deals and offers - here are a few ideas to get you started:

Offer free high-speed Internet with rent.

Setting up an internet service with a provider when moving into a new home is annoying for tenants. A good way to attract tenants is by reducing the stress on their moving process by including Internet within the rent. An additional plus side is that you will be more likely to attract professionals who thrive on being connected.

Provide cable television service.

Another annoying-to-buy-but-nice-to-have amenity is cable TV. By including a subscription, you will attract the prime sports, or soap-opera loving tenants who just don't want to have to deal with the opening, closing, and moving of their accounts every year. Your complex might not have the most modern updates, but there's something to be said for all-you-can-watch television.

Offer free public transport

The morning commute is a drag, and costly gas prices just make matters worse. An excellent eco-friendly method to attract tenants - especially individuals without cars - is to have a free transportation system which will ferry tenants back and forth from your city's transit hub every day. If you are situated in an urban area or your budget will not stretch to hiring a transportation system , instead provide a month's pass for the city's subway or bus transit system.

Give 1 month's rent free of charge.

When free Internet, cable, and transport are simply not cutting it, you could revert back to the tried and true 1months free rent. This type of deal will help you fill your vacancy faster, and prevent having to pay maintenance, insurance, and utility costs on an empty unit for several or months. After all who in their right mind would turn down saving a few hundred dollars on rent?

It is not always easy to get your property rented to the right tenants and it can be a stressful time while you are looking for reliable people. With these few incentives you can attract the right people and the added extras may even convince them to stay in your property for a long period.
